I had a amazing experience here. the staff were always helpful, especially rateb hosny (borka) from recreation. He made snorkeling great. the upgraded room on the adults-only side was beautiful. I spent every day on the beach. the food was better on the beach side. The lunch restaurant views are beautiful!!!
i only found that the mini bar was empty unless i paid to have it filled, which wasn't expected in a 5-star resort.

The resort is near a pier perfect for snorkeling and diving, providing direct access to the sea's beautiful marine life. I found it very convenient. i walked along the beach daily and enjoyed the sea breeze.

I encountered attentive and friendly staff throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their quick response to requests. the recreation team was really good. I always felt valued.

gym instructor mahmoud is really great. he trained my wife and me very individually and professionally every day at the gym. the hotel staff, pools, and rooms are great too. food is better than i expected.
the rain shower never worked, so i asked someone to fix it. it took them ages and used my husband's holiday time. also, the water came out orange when i tried to use the bidet.

attentive stafffood quality
The staff at the pool bar, particularly Ahmed, were AMAZING!!!
Unfortunately, the food quality was not great. The meat and fish sat under the heat lamps too long, resulting in it being dry and unappetizing, so i was very disappointed.

the staff was helpful, and my requests were addressed promptly.
the mini bar policy was inconvenient i expected a cold drink in the room after arriving. the absence of robes and slippers also detracted from the luxury feel of the stay. the evening entertainment was lacking, it did not meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard.

The pool was too cold. It definitely needed heating. the jetty was out of this world for snorkelling, but ahmed, the lifeguard, would only share limited knowledge about the reef. a longer briefing would be helpful.
